We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust with my own property. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right with a unit, it falls on us, and we correct it that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we say Tuesday morning, that's exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
